Who we are
The AdapCC project is implemented by a management team consisting of the partner's
project coordinators, the project manager and project support staff. To review the project progress and give
advisory for important decisions and relevant activities an Experts Committee
is supervising the project implementation. In each focus region producer representatives
consult the project activities. The data collection and analysing process is supported by national and international
experts. Other relevant stakeholders at national and international level are contributing
to reach the project objectives.
