out IPCC - Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change was established by the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) and the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) in 1988. IPCC publishes the updated and detailed information on climate change. Together with Al Gore, it has received the Nobel Peace Prize.

out UNFCCC - United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change is a Convention that most was established prior to the Kyoto Protocol. Countries who signed up for the convention report regularly on progress in mitigation and adaptation to climate change in their National Communications.
