The project management
"Adaptation for Smallholders to Climate Change" (AdapCC) is a Private Public Partnership between
Cafédirect and
GTZ.
Therefore, there is one coordinator from each company: Wolfgang Weinmann from Cafédirect and Thomas Heindrichs from GTZ.
Together with Kathleen Jährmann, the project manager, the team steers, monitors and evaluates the planning and
implementation of the PPP.
The project's secreteriat is based at the headquarters of the GTZ office in Eschborn, near Frankfurt, and consists of
Thomas Heindrichs, Kathleen Jährmann and Gabriele Matschke.
The project welcomes interns who are interested in the management and implementation of our project. If you are

responsible for implementing project activities. She studied Business Administration and Environmental Sciences.
Her previous responsibility in GTZ was to develop and administrate Public-Private-Partnerships (PPP) in the Central
American region, Mexico and the Caribbean.

Kerstin Linne is junior professional in the
project and supporting the project manager especially in the field of financing mechanisms. She obtained her
degree in "International Studies of Global Management" at the School of International Business in Bremen.
